FRED'S HOMEPAGEFighting starvation and supporting basic education for all, is an obligation not a charity
May 03 Is the globalisation against both communism and commercialism?15 ways which are absolutely needed, which are all ready slicing and unofficial on the way and which guaranteed can save the world. I am an elder but super modern political philosopher who means that the international political questions are most important and that is why must be discussed frequently and intensively plus they must have the highest and the first priority.
I have very bad consciousness and I wonder what about the politicians, the journalists, the multimedia professionals, the professors, the experts and the potentates of all the kinds? Those doesn't come out with crystal clear messages in clear speech about what (earlier or later shall) must be done as it is presented here. Those prefer to wait and see and they postpone the action on the future without real reason. The high society and the establishment live a luxury life in wealth and doesn't care. The truth is that much more can be done all ready now. I found this statistical article in Swedish translation in the Swedish newspaper ”Sekotidningen” published in Nr 4 week 17, 1999. The article was copied from the page The Web of Culture, www.webofculture.com . I searched there later but I could not any longer find the original. Now I translated it with my bad English.
THE EARTH AS A VILLAGE OF 1OO INHABITANTS.
This statistic is a few years old, but the circumstances are still almost the same. Citation: ”...If we all on earth lived in a little village with 100 inhabitants, should exist: 21 Europeans, 57 Asians, 14 Americans, 8 Africans, 52 women, 48 men, 70 persons with different body color than white, 70 persons with other religion than Christian, 89 heterosexuals, 11 homosexuals, 70 an-alphabetic. The half of the inhabitants should be underfed and 59% of all resources should belong to 6 persons and all 6 should be citizens of USA. 1 person should have university education and 1 person should own a computer." End of citation. ”Human Rights in the ancient world", is the name of en article in Wikipedia. I wanted to know more about Human Rights and searched in the Wikipedia. Here comes the article:
Citation: "Ur-Nammu, king of Ur in ca. 2050 BC created the Code of Ur-Nammu, the oldest legal codex that survives today. Several other sets of laws were created in Mesopotamia including the Code of Hammurabi (ca. 1780 BC), one of the best preserved examples of this type of document. It shows rules, and punishments if those rules are broken, on a variety of matters including women's rights, children's rights and slave rights.
The prefaces of these codes invoked the Mesopotamian gods for divine sanction. Societies have often derived the origins of human rights in religious documents. The Vedas, the Bible, the Qur'an and the Analects of Confucius are some of the oldest written sources that address questions of people's duties, rights, and responsibilities." End of citation.
One can read a lot about human rights there. Some article titles are: Human rights, Human rights sources, The United Nations, Europe, History of human rights, Human rights in the ancient world (copied above), Persian Empire, Maurya Empire, Early Islamic Caliphate, Human rights in early modern era, After world war II, International bodies, Regional legislation, Philosophy of human rights, Theory of value and property, Types, Justification of human rights, Criticism of human rights, Human rights violations, National human rights institutions, and links to about another 200 similar articles.
Human rights are basic for the foundation of the international direct IT-democratic organization.
The representative democratic political culture and the media culture, has trade, commerce, economy, money and talks about persons as main subject in the world of today. They should have human rights instead. It is inhuman to don't do enough for materialistic equality and for our many starving and hard suffering brothers and sisters in the world.
It is seeking a constructive-critical debate-explanation about the planning of the world for the next decades of yearsand about what must be done and in which order it has to be done. I consider that we must work, act and do whatever we can to:
@ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to replace the UNO with UWO, www.United.Worldcitizens.Organisation.net or .org or .nu or similar.
@ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to abolish all the nations, all the nation flags, all the nation boundaries and all the leaders.
@ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to make it possible to all the members-world-citizens to propose laws and participate direct world public legislation.
@ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to guarantee food, home, health care, work, at least 9 years education and a computer to all world citizens. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to allow only one child for each family and for all the parents of the world. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to stop the production of not needed products as: weapon, alcoholic drinks, Tobago, narcotics and similar. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to eliminate the influence (indoctrination) of the religions in the education system and in the public society.
@ @ @ legislate first international basic e-laws and the all the other e-laws. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to abolish all the military powers in the world @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to introduce direct democracy in all the organisations and in all the companies and to establish e-decisions.
@ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to abolish all business bosses and to transfer the leading to all the working people in the companies. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to abolish the monetary system and thr commercialism and to replace those with e-laws. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to introduce the same first language and the same basic books in all the basic schools of the world. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to introduce the subject direct democracy in the schools of the whole world. @ @ @ legislate basic e-laws to stop living unneeded luxury life and to stop to ignore our brothers and sisters in the third world and to stop been inhuman. A GOOD QUESTION: WHICH EMERGENCY PLANE HAS THE POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE SOCIETY FOR THE DAY WHEN THE WORLD-CITIZENS WILL STRIKE AND WILL DENy TO PARTICIPATE POLITICAL PARTIES AND TO SUPPORT THE PARTY LEADERS AND TO PARTICIPATE TRADITIONAL PERSON ELECTIONS AND WILL DEMAND TO LEGISLATE ELECTRONIC INTERNATIONAL BASIC LAWS?
DO YOU WISH TO WAIT AND SEE? HOW LONG? IS IT GOOD TO WAIT AND IN THAT CASE WHY?

December 18 DIRECTDEMOCRATIC EDUCATION IN THE MAIN PROGRAMThe local and the global direct democratic improvements has to develop hand by hand. One of the basic conditions is the education on all the levels. It seems that it is quite difficult to influence and to engage the voters of today to start to use computers and to participate as me and you do. It will be easier for the coming generations who learn early in the schools to use computers. Unfortunate the subject direct democracy is not yet a school subject and not yet a branch for university studies and much research. The financial establishment and their followers, are afraid to loose their privileges and does not support and improve direct democracy in the schools, in the media and everywhere in the society. We have to be very well conscious about the basic and fundamental meaning of the direct democratic education and to take up this discussion in all the main programs. December 17 NO LEADER FOR THE WORLDFEDERATIONSome day a good friend asked me:"Who would you like to see as leader of a future earthfederation?" I am very thankfull for this question and I was surprised because for me it is very obvious who I would like to see as leader of a future earth federation. I understand that many people of the medium- and highclass today could answer "The president of the USA". My answer is: "myself" of course or, "nobody" of course. My explanation is that the federation does not need any leader. I would like to know argumentation about the needing of a leader. Many animals are organised in groups with a leader. We are also animals, but we are also something more than animals. We are equipped betheen other, with the ability of constructive critical thinking. Let us focus on the structure of the family which is the minimal groupcell of the society and has been unchanged since humans lived like animals. The structure of the family today is still strog related to heredity, personal property and the childrens big economical dependence from the parents concerning nutrition, advanced education and more. It is a part of our culture, the structure of the family and all the human structures of today, to look like a pyramid with a "Pater familias" on the top. The great majority of the earthpopulation today has nothing to inherite, not enough to eat and they are analphabets. In a modern democratic system without inheritance (forbitten by democratic grass-root law), all obeys the modern democratic law and not the moneyowners. There exists not a pyramidal structure and any leader is not needed. Many people today hate the State because the State takes their money by scraping taxes. In the modern democratic system the term State is replaced by the term Law. The Law takes no taxes because the law owns everything. The worldcitizens own only as much they need to live a comfortable life. If they are sick or have special needs, the Law has paragraphs for all the situations. Socialists, communists, leftpeople and similar organisations has tried to better the society before the introduction of the informationtechnology and the internet. The trials ended with dictatorship and catastrophe. The main mistake was the nondemocratic structure. They never understood that they had to replace the pyramidal structure beginning from the family and upwards, with the grass-root democracy and the Law. The State was controlled by the party, the party was controlled by the central committee and the central committee was controlled by the general secretary and partyleader... In our worldfederation everything is controlled by the grass-roots means their Law. Hereby I propose a votation to eliminate the word "leader" from the vocabulary of the worldfederation because it is a very dangerous word connected and related only to the conception dictatorship. The word leader is not to be misstaken with word teacher.
